Excellent Stay!

The staff works very efficiently. I saw great teamwork and hospitality. The food was varied. It offered a great selection to suit many tastes. There was also a nice snack bar available between meals, a nice touch.

Room cleaning could improve. My room was not fully clean upon arrival. It was also not properly cleaned any of the days of my stay.

The room included a large bed and a seating area. I found the air conditioning easy to control. A safe was available for storing valuables.

I observed three main restaurants, Chinese, Italian, and Eastern. Drinks were available for free at all times. The bar served a variety of cocktails.

the staff was friendly. the pools were nice and the slides provided some fun. i appreciated that almost everything i needed was available within the resort..

the music played loudly from morning until late. this made it difficult to relax or sleep at times. the food quality seemed inconsistent, and i experienced some stomach discomfort. i also found that the entertainment was sometimes repetitive and ended early.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

He helped us feel at home. Executive Chef Ahmed Fawzi walked through the restaurant to ensure guests were enjoying their meals. The cleaner kept our room super clean and was friendly. Entertainment was available all day and night.

The bar closed early, a minor inconvenience.

The reception team offered daily check-ins to ensure comfort. This demonstrated great care. Mahmoud Soltan was particularly helpful, answering all our questions and providing prompt assistance. The hotel staff provided really good hospitality.
